Raising Awareness, Connecting, and Guiding Navigation with an incredible community every day!

On September 14, 2025 we joined with other survivors, caregivers, and advocates at Heat It To Beat It 2025 in Baltimore. Hosted by Mercy Medical Center, this annual event brings together members of our community to raise funds for research in the fight against abdominal cancers.

This community of survivors and caregivers has faced the gamut of abdominal cancers: appendix cancer, colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, gallbladder and bile duct cancers, gastric cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, ovarian cancers, pancreatic cancer, peritoneal mesothelioma, prostate cancer, small bowel cancer, and uterine sarcoma. As always, their resilience is an inspiration and it was an honor to be with others who shine a light on these rare and advanced abdominal cancers and lifesaving treatments like cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and HIPEC, giving patients a better chance at more tomorrows.

Whether you’ve been directly impacted or simply wanted to stand with this community, we thank you for being a part of this event. And if you would like to learn more about how you can get involved in other events and support the Alliance and its mission to raise awareness, go here...

We are grateful to everyone who stands with us in this mission! Events like this reflect our growing movement of hope, action, and community. We look forward to seeing Heat It To Beat It again next year!

And if you're looking for more ways to join the Alliance and attend other events, let us know how YOU want to be involved!
