New Resource: Introducing the Abdominal Cancers Webinar Recordings Library for Patients, Survivors, and Caregivers

When you or someone you love is facing an abdominal cancer diagnosis, information can feel both urgently needed and difficult to sort through. Patients and caregivers often have questions about treatment options, clinical trials, surgery, recovery, quality of life, nutrition, caregiving, insurance, and what to expect next. Many of these questions do not come up all at once. They arise over time at different points in the cancer journey.

To help make learning easier and more accessible, the Abdominal Cancers Alliance is pleased to introduce our new Webinar Recordings library: an ever-growing repository of educational webinar recordings from across the abdominal cancers community.

Developed in collaboration with our friends at partner organizations across the abdominal cancers community, this new resource brings together conversations, presentations, and expert-led educational sessions on a wide range of topics relevant to patients and caregivers affected by abdominal cancers. The library includes recordings focused on treatment advances, clinical trials, diagnosis-specific education, ostomy care, nutrition, hormone replacement therapy, caregiver support, insurance, surgery preparation and recovery, and more.

The goal is simple: to help patients and caregivers find useful information when they need it and at a pace that works for them. And by organizing webinar recordings in one place, we hope to make these educational opportunities easier to revisit, share, and use as questions arise.

Whether someone is newly diagnosed and trying to understand the basics, preparing for a major treatment decision, recovering from surgery, supporting a loved one, or looking for updates on research and clinical trials, this resource offers another place to begin.

We are deeply grateful to the many clinicians, researchers, advocates, partner organizations, survivors, and caregivers who contribute to educational programming across the abdominal cancers community. Their willingness to share knowledge helps patients and families feel more informed, less alone, and better equipped to ask questions and advocate for care.

This library will continue to grow as new recordings become available. We encourage patients, caregivers, survivors, healthcare professionals, and community partners to explore the page, share it with others who may benefit, and check back for new additions.

Facing abdominal cancers can be overwhelming. Access to clear, relevant, and compassionate information should not be.
